These Terms and Conditions of Online Courses, which incorporate by reference the Terms and Conditions of Website Use and which are subject to any Additional Online Terms and Conditions (if any) (together, the “Online Terms”), apply to the sale of any Online Course, ebook, or digital asset.  Please read the Online Terms carefully before purchasing an Online Course and print off a copy for your records.  By ordering an Online Course, you are confirming your agreement to be bound by the agreements

1.1               The Online Courses are provided by Natasha Davis (hereinafter referred to as “Natasha Davis”, “we” or “us”)

Grant Of License:

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use, modify, and sell the Product in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.
The Product, including but not limited to its content, design, logos, trademarks, and any associated materials, are protected by intellectual property laws and are the exclusive property of Natasha Davis. You acknowledge that you have no ownership rights in the Product, except for the master resell rights granted under this Agreement.

Indemnification:You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Product, your violation of any term of this Agreement, or your infringement of any intellectual property or other rights of any third party.Termination:We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your license to use the Product at any time and without prior notice if we believe you have violated any provision of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Product and destroy any copies you may have.

Amendments:We reserve the right to modify or update this Agreement at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated Agreement on our website. Your continued use of the Product after the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.

This license is limited to the duration of your ownership of the master resell rights to the Product.

We will use our reasonable endeavours to provide the Online Courses advertised by Natasha Davis.

We will provide the Online Courses using reasonable care and skill.

We may appoint independent sub-contactors to assist in providing Online Courses or use third parties to arrange or supply certain aspects of, or services in connection with, our Online Courses. You agree that our obligation to you is to use reasonable care in selecting competent, independent sub-contractors and third party suppliers to provide reasonable services related to the Online Courses. You agree that Natasha Davis is not responsible for the actions or omissions of such sub-contractors or third party suppliers.

1. Resell Rights:

Upon purchase, you are granted master resell rights to the digital product. This means you have the authority to resell it to others.

2. Pricing:

While you have the freedom to set your own pricing at a higher than purchased price, please note that the product cannot be given away for free or at a discounted price. We believe in the value of our products and encourage fair pricing.

3. Bundling and Alterations:

Feel free to bundle this digital product with other relevant products or alter and rebrand it to suit your unique brand and audience. Customization can help you create a more personalized offering for your customers.

4. Ownership:

Please be aware that the intellectual property rights to the digital product remain with Natasha Davis. You are granted a license for reselling but do not own the product.
